I spent most of the day thinking about Jupiter moving into Gemini and what that would mean for me personally, but also for the world as a whole. One of the significations of Jupiter is foreigners and foreign travel. As I looked back at past events of when Jupiter was in the constellation of Gemini, I found instances of issues with different modes of travel. Also, issues with communications and a hacking scandal.

Over the last few years, I’ve had Saturn transiting my 12th house of loss, retreat, self-undoing, and letting go. During that time, I had an epiphany about astrology. It started when I went to Lowell Observatory in Arizona in December 2023. It was then that I looked up at the sky and noticed Jupiter wasn’t in the constellation of Taurus as I’d assumed it was. It was actually in Aries. My sidereal awakening had begun.

As a baby astrologer, there was one piece of advice I was given, and it was to journal every day. I feel it is the most important piece of advice for anyone practicing and learning astrology. How the stars align with the individual chart is sacred and unique. To know what was happening in your chart through something like the birth of a baby or when you met a person for the first time is important. It helps you align planetary influences in certain parts of your chart and gives context for future predictions and observations.
